Colin Campbell-Dunlop

Business Development Manager

Colin Joined Project Recruit in mid 2016 as our new Business Development Manager.  He has a wealth of recruitment experience gained over 20 years mostly spent enticing top talent to join his portfolio of Financial Services clients in London and overseas.

Now he helps the team at Project Recruit by opening doors to new client relationships and building the business for the future.

Colin’s career in the City started with work as a Lawyer with a City of London firm but he chose to exchange this for the faster paced environment of the headhunting business.  He has never looked back.

When he is not working for Project Recruit Colin somehow finds time to run a successful Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, fix endless miles of fences at a stable yard and pursue his passion for sailing as a commercially endorsed offshore yachtmaster.  He also has an as yet uncertified talent for dream analysis, much to the amusement of his colleagues at Project Recruit.

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree, professional qualifications in Law and an Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

Joanna Brzeska

Finance Administrator Manager

Asia is Project Recruit’s second-longest standing member of staff and one of our success stories. She joined Rose’s ‘team of two’ in 2010, and we are very proud of her transition from general administration assistant and payroll person to part-qualified ACCA Accountant, Finance Administration Manager and key support to our FD.

Before moving to Project Recruit, Asia developed an understanding of the Recruitment industry working as an Account Manager on Team Support Services’ largest desk. Prior to this, in her native Poland, she worked in the Finance and Accounting industry after completing her Finance and Tax degree.

Asia is a keen cyclist and the champion of our cycle to work scheme. Watch out for her on the roads, she’ll be the one wearing the bright colours (we suspect that she may even be visible from space). On the weekends Asia can also be found rock-climbing and reading a good book or watching films.

Ngaire Mason-Wenn Wallace

Delivery Consultant

Ngaire has experience of recruiting in three continents. She started her career in New Zealand within call centre recruitment, before donning a hard hat and safety boots and relocating to the Australian outback to recruit mining operations staff in the Kakadu National Park. After surviving a category four cyclone and a close encounter with a crocodile, Ngaire opted to give city life a try and continued her international recruitment career in London.

Starting as a Senior Consultant with Project Recruit in 2010, she now heads up the recruitment team as Delivery Team Manager. Her experience sourcing in skills-shortage markets, coupled with her knowledge of global recruitment and relocation has been an integral part of our growth.

Ngaire holds a BA degree in English and History and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Journalism. She fancies herself a bit of a wordsmith, and enjoys applying this skill towards writing candidate CV profiles at work, and penning novels in her spare time. She is also an adventure sports lover and escapes London regularly to climb Snowdonia or sea kayak in Cornwall.

In April 2015, Ngaire ran seven marathons in seven days as part of a small group raising over £50,000 for Breast Cancer Care. When she is not running along the canal in her lunch hour, she works closely with Rose and Sahir in running the day to day operations of the company.

Zivile Asanaviciute

Recruitment Consultant

Zivile joined the Project Recruit team in 2013. Despite her passion for travelling, we have managed to keep her in one place ever since. With a strong technical aptitude and experience of in-depth market research, she very quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the delivery team.

Prior to joining Project Recruit, Zivile was a freelance executive head hunter. During this time she honed her search skills and demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit, focus, and ability to find candidates with skill sets in shortage markets eluding other recruiters. Zivile has a degree in Public Administration achieved in her native Lithuania and speaks an impressive array of four languages.

If she’s not trying out London’s restaurant circuit or reading about history and philosophy, you’ll find Zivile indulging her passion for hiking and exploring the UK’s natural habitat.
