Zivile has spearheaded the inception of Project Global with Rose since 2018 and as such, is an invaluable member of the client delivery team. 
 
Zivile develops long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture and compliance needs. Zivile is an international recruitment and compliance expert and she is experienced in managing high volume, high quality onboarding projects in small timeframes.
 
Prior to joining Project Recruit, Zivile was a freelance executive head-hunter. During this time, she honed her search skills and demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit, focus, and ability to find candidates with skill sets in shortage markets eluding other recruiters.
 
Zivile has a degree in Public Administration achieved in her native Lithuania and speaks an impressive array of four languages.
 
Zivile has a passion for hiking and exploring the UK’s natural habitat as well as studying behavioural psychology, art and culture she is also rather impressive at oil painting.
