Business Development Manager - Recruitment - Full or Part time
We are a boutique recruitment agency based in central London in funky, modern office space with views of the Thames. We have a service focused approach to recruitment, and believe in a positive work-life balance for all our staff.
After several years of consistent growth, we are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated Business Development Manager with strong ethics and a consultative approach to sales. The role will involve working to expand our existing accounts, and winning new business. This is a 180 degree recruitment role, focused solely on the sales side and supported by the delivery team who will fill the roles that you bring in. Our current clients include major brands and global organisations across a variety of sectors, including finance, I.T, administration/support roles and multilingual.
Our small, friendly team are experienced recruitment professionals - we all enjoy our work, but also love to travel, pursue sporting interests that range from ultra running, climbing and paddle boarding to yoga, and fulfil commitments outside recruiting. We believe that good service secures business and we go the extra mile for our candidates and clients. The ideal person will be an independent worker who can demonstrate a passion for our brand and who will really throw themselves into moving Project Recruit to the next level of expansion. Recruitment experience is essential and any knowledge of branding or digital marketing would be a bonus. Proven sales skills are a must.
A competitive salary and bonus structure will be offered. Hours of work can be discussed, but we are open to part-time or full-time candidates (e.g 4 days per week, or 10 - 4 daily, or please note your preferred working structure in your application).
