Our client, a leading global IT service provider has a fantastic role for an experienced Contact Centre Technical Lead. This position could either be based in Burgess Hill or Brighton depending on the candidates preference.
Candidates are required to have 5+ years of Genesys experience with sound knowledge on overall Contact Centre Domain. This is a very technical role with design and development components and as such an in-depth knoweldge is required.
Previous experience within financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates should have the following knowledge and experience:
- An in-depth knowledge on Genesys Contact Centre Implementations and Configurations
- Solid knowledge of Genesys Components and Architecture, Genesys framework, Desktops, Gplus Adapters, Digital Components, Reporting Tools, Routing Components, SDK's, Voice Self Service Components and Workforce Management Tools.
- Hands-on experience on the Genesys components
