Debt Capital Markets Data Specialist - German Speaker - based in Frankfurt

Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking a highly motivated German speaking individual with an expertise in German Fixed Income markets and strong I.T skills to join their dynamic team in a creative environment where new ideas are always welcomed.

  • Develop relationships with some of the world's largest companies, lead Managers and Trustees to ensure the accuracy and timely collation of this information
  • Acquire, update, maintain and process fixed income data using various internal systems and proprietary company software
  • Manage projects to optimise processes and/or improve the quality of the data products
  • Support Sales Team and represent the company by visiting clients and/or engaging in industry events in the DACH region
  • Develop expertise in fast-moving market sector information

Required skillset:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Demonstrated domain expertise covering German Fixed Income markets
  • Expert-level knowledge of data processing paradigms and associated tools and technologies
  • Knowledge in information technology or statistical analysis or computer programming (for example VBA, SQL, MATLAB, Python)
  • Demonstrated project management skills, CAPM, PMP and/or CSM preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Effective project management skills; ability to prioritise tasks accordingly and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation desirable but not essential
  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics or Information Systems desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to Covered Bonds or Schuldschein markets desirable but not essential
