  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Source new hedge funds and maintain the database
  • Liaise with the sales teams and collaborate on building effective new relationships with clients
  • Develop work flow processes to support product development
  • Run large project initiatives
  • Work closely with Engineering and Business teams on development of new products and product strategy ensuring user experience and functionality matches the clients' expectations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Introduce new ideas and see them through to completion

Required skillset

  • Relevant experience in a high level client service or sales support role in the Hedge Fund, Private Equity or Asset Management experience (essential)
  • An existing network of relationships within the Hedge Fund industry would be highly regarded
  • Proven experience of relationship building, including cold calling
  • Effective research and analysis skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, motivated and passionate
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise workload and logically address problems
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Business level fluency in a second European language would be highly regarded (not essential)
