Our client, A global provider of IT services, requires a Service Desk Analyst to provide first line support for a temporary three month contract based in Bournemouth.
- Taking calls and answering email queries
- Helping users resolve issues with computer hardware or software
- Respond to user enquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issues for users
- Work closely with other IT department personnel to provide assistance on tasks that are outside the scope of their knowledge or expertise
- Service desk analysts need to balance creative and technical problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration to ensure that personnel throughout the organisation can access and utilise the software and resources they need for work.
- Minimum of 2 years 1st line support/service desk experience
- Good knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Excellent commincation skills
- Great customer service ethic
