Job Description

Our client, a global provider of IT shared services, is looking for a confident Junior Service Delivery Manager to support the IT Service Delivery Manager to provide a high quality service. This role is on temporary contract basis until the end of the year. ASAP Start.

The Role Includes:

  • Provide front line support for working queries and assist with any escalations
  • Be the primary contact for any escalation for service delivery issues
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and all third-party suppliers
  • Ensure that the key stakeholders are updated and have access to training when required
  • Attend meetings when required


  • 1-2 years of solid experience of IT Service Delivery experience
  • Successful experience of vendor management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills - articulate and confident
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
