Job Description

Our client, a global provider of IT services, is seeking a reliable and experienced Technical Lead with previous experience in STIBO. This is a 6 month temporary position based in Bradford, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather enhancement requirements from Business, analyse, estimate and obtain approval for implementation
  • Implement change requirements within the approved duration
  • Collaborate with business data owners, data managers, architects & quality teams on effective implementation of master data policies - create virtual team from across technology and business to deliver master data strategy
  • Understand Business Processes
  • Capture and highlight business benefits to drive uptake of master data strategy
  • Work closely with service teams to maintain and improve data
  • Create, maintain and deliver end-user training for master data services
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators
  • Manage any business change requirements in master data management platform
  • Maintain and improve data quality
  • Collaborate with master data manager, business data owners, data services governance, architects & quality teams when implementing master data policies
  • Act as technical support for master data platform
  • Collate KPI's for effective master data management service management
  • Implement any authorised business change requirements to master data management platform
  • Work closely with business to capture and implement master data business rules and quality metrics

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate should have at-least 3+ years of experience in leading technical teams in projects
  • Experience in working with customer technical team.
  • Good Documentation Skills including writing technical design documents
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in analysis, design, build, deploy and support in PIM (or) Item Management domain
  • Good technical knowledge in Core Java, Webservices and XML
  • Strong working experience on delivering data migration, data integration, data modeling and data quality in PIM(or) Item Management domain
  • Experience in any MDM/PIM tool (or) Item Management related solutions
  • Experience in PIM/Item Management Business Processes
  • Experience in STEP Work Flows
  • Experience in STEP Portals
  • Experience in STEP Inbound and Outbound Integration End points

Desirable Technical Skills:

* Experience in UNIX & Linux Commands
* Post GRE, Oracle SQL knowledge
* Experience in STEP Tool/Certified
* Experience or Knowledge on any of the Middleware Technologies from the STEP Integration standpoint
* Experience or Knowledge on any of the Message Brokers from the STEP Integration standpoint
