Job Description

Mission: To own the brand and messaging across all marketing channels, you will uphold and develop our brand and content guidelines to ensure no matter where the brand is seen you will consistently get the same experience. Working closely with the wider marketing and product teams you will be creating content plans, effective communications, multimedia content, tools and events to drive our messaging strategy. You will drive all internal marketing initiatives to ensure all staff are on-board with the latest campaigns.

Produce and execute a content calendar for the inbound messaging strategy for all audiences

Produce and execute an outbound messaging strategy working with potential and existing partners to provide tools and advice solutions for their customer base

Develop a suite of tools for our use and distribution to third parties

Production and delivery of a series of events for consumers/clients/professional for branding, conversion and retention purposes

Brand creative, deployment and messaging ownership and development

Create and deliver customer research and focus group programme and manage its use throughout the business

Key competencies:

  • Ability to deliver multiple campaigns
  • Development and execution of content plans including building tools to develop the inward and outbound marketing strategies
  • Utilising your direct reports to achieve business targets
  • Developing the unbiased brand and TOV to support its growth in markets
  • Support the launch of new services with marketing, content and partner strategies
  • Develop our partner programme to increase conversion with existing partners and land new partners to increase volume of quality enquiries.
  • Create and drive forward a Customer research/focus group programme to be shared with the business for product and strategy development
  • Confident communicator to internal and external teams / contacts


Desired experience:

  • experience in a marketing manager role with a focus on brand, partners and content development
  • Experience in a fast growth business or consumer brand
  • Management of multiple customer bases
  • Experience of product diversification under a single brand
  • Landing high profile partners
