Job Description

Our client, a major global provider of IT services, is seeking an experienced Remedy Developer to join the team in a temporary contract role based in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

The position is an immediate start with a competitive daily rate offered to the right candidate.


  • Manage the Remedy development activities
  • Creating and managing Remedy workflows, technologies and web services.
  • Configuring Remedy applications
  • Creating overlays and solving technical issues.
  • Configuring SLAs for Incident and Service Requests.
  • Creating reports using Smart Reporting
  • Configuring the MYIT forms according to user requirement.
  • Take responsibility for incident management SLA configuration and request fulfilment based on requirement. This could also be expanded to any other activity taken on by the Remedy development team
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Creation of procedure documents and SRD template creation
  • Work based on customer SLA requirements

Remedy Developer Job Description:

  • Remedy programming, coding and development experience
  • Experience in configuring Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.
  • Remedy workflows development and creating web services.
  • Configuring SLAs for Incident and Service Requests.
  • Smart Reporting configuration
  • MYIT Portal configuration and customisation
  • Integration of Remedy on Demand with third-party ticketing system.
  • Knowledge about Atrium CMDB and integration with ITSM.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of Information Technology experience in Remedy development at Customer location
  • Should be a local resident
  • Should have worked in Retail customer space
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of ITSM Tool Remedy
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Good Communication Skill
