Service Desk Analysts (Windows 7 & Windows 10)

Our client, a global supplier for IT services, requires Service Desk Analysts to join their team immediately. This is a 2 month temporary contract to start ASAP with posible extension. You will be required to attend the office for 3-4 weeks full time for training and all being well there is a good possiblity of working remotely thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help users resolve issues with computer hardware or software
  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • 5+years Service Desk Analyst experience
  • Strong Windows 7 & windows 10 support experience and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent English
  • Good team player
