Job Description

Our client, a global organisation and major brand, is seeking two experienced Systems Support Analysts to join their West London based team.

The successful candidate will focus on maintaining user data and issues with the system, together with understanding, defining and supporting projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SAP, Excel and Word with Administration experience, and strong finance background to help with the helpdesk and general day to day running of the systems team as well as managing projects.

Experience in advertising / media or marketing companies would be beneficial.

Primary responsibilities

  • Liaison with the Systems Manager and Systems team to obtain and understand brief on brand strategy and to manage project prioritisation.
  • Helping out on the helpdesk, calls and emails.
  • Help with the setup of new users, companies and confidential information, including security administration and maintaining user groups.
  • Analysing and seeking resolution for any queries that users may have.
  • Liaising with off shore team with regards to tickets which can't be resolved locally.
  • Maintain system documentation so as to ensure that any issues resolved can be used to resolve future issues.
  • Liaise with key users to identify and understand critical requirements (including reporting requirements) and enhancements.
  • Provide information to the Systems Manager supporting project review process.

Background and skills required

  • Strong finance background and knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Microsoft system administration.
  • Ability to learn rapidly from written material.
