Technical Assistant - Warehouse
Our client, a global finance organisation and well known brand is looking for a passionate individual to join their Technical Production Team based at their Warehouse facility in Canning Town. It would be a temporary contract for 3 months with an immediate start date.
You would be joining a team that provides an excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Working within a small technical team, you will be working on the repair and configuration of HP PCs, screen inspections, keyboard repairs as well as assisting their conference / seminar team.
- Communicating with other departments within the company to provide the best service to both internal and external customers
- Preparation of various types of electronic devices for internal & external customers
- Configuration / fault finding / testing of various types of electronic devices
- Data Risk Control via wiping data from various types of electronic devices
Requirements / Skills
- Reliable, conscientious team player whose passion is to work to provide a great service
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work in an environment of constant change and learn new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
