Technical Support Representative - Japanese speaker
Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking a motivated and technically astute Technical Support/Helpdesk representative with fluent Japanese and English language skills, excellent customer service and a keen interest in I.T to join their busy technical support helpdesk supporting users globally.

Relevant qualifications are not a requirement, however a knack for I.T systems and demonstrable interest in technology is crucial. Building a rapport with clients is also an essential part of the role and applicants must have very strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

- Fluent Japanese and English language skills, written and verbal
- Some experience I.T helpdesk would be ideal, but exceptional candidates without experience will be considered
