Job Description

WIN10 Floorwalker / On-boarding Trainer Support (EUC Resource)

Our client, a global supplier of IT services requires a Floorwalker / On-boarding Trainer to provide support for Windows 10 Migration Project.

This is for a three-month temporary contract to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floorwalker / On-boarding Trainer / Remote On-boarding for Windows 10 rollout migration
  • On-boarding WIN10 user
  • Supporting Windows 10 / Windows 7 Operating system issues
  • Supporting MS Office / O365 defect handling
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
  • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients in the ServiceNow ITSM Tool
  • Troubleshooting PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards

Key Requirements:

  • Experienced in supporting Windows 10 / Windows 7 Operating system issues
  • Experienced in supporting MS Office / O365 defect handling
  • Basic knowledge of SCCM & Appsense tools
  • Basic understanding on Active Directory
  • Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
  • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
  • Experience in Windows 10 rollout migration
  • Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients in the ServiceNow ITSM Tool
  • Troubleshooting PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
  • Basic Knowledge on VPN (ZScalar/NetScaler) solutions
  • 3+ year of experience in EUC Support
  • Experience in handling WIN10 migration will be an added advantage
  • Excellent Communications Skills & Customer Service in Face-to-Face discussion
  • Good in Telephone/Email manner during Interactions with Clients
  • Good problem-solving ability
